donlodvideo is a technical utility designed to facilitate the downloading of online video and audio streams from public sources. The Service is provided solely for personal, educational, and authorized archival purposes. You represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of the originating platform.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service to download, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted materials without express permission from the copyright holder.
Attempt to circumvent DRM protections, paywalls, or private access credentials.
Subject our infrastructure to unreasonable loads, automated abuse, or rate limit circumvention.
Use the Service for any malicious, unlawful, or infringing purpose.

3. Technical Limitations & Availability

To preserve operational integrity, donlodvideo imposes technical limits (e.g., maximum standard duration of 180 minutes, 60 minutes for 4K video, and a 5 GB file cap). Generated download tokens are ephemeral and valid for 10 minutes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party video platforms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, donlodvideo and its operators disclaim all liability for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
